What is your hometown and where do you live now?

I was born and raised in Dallas, but I lived a few other places after college before moving back to Dallas in 2010.

Where did you go to college?

University of Texas at Austin (undergrad); Texas Tech University School of Law.

What do you do for work?

I'm a healthcare transactions and regulatory attorney at the law firm of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP - I assist healthcare companies and providers in their business dealings and in complying with laws.

What is your dream job?

Novelist (somewhat realistic); Professional adventure/obstacle course racer (not so realistic).

What are your hobbies?

Outdoor activities (hike, bike, golf, paddleboard), travel, jigsaw puzzles, spending time with family and friends.

What has been one of your favorite/most memorable vacations?

A family trip to Disneyworld when I was 6 years old; Trip to Iceland last year with friends.

What year did you participate in the CCF Fashion Show as a model/artist?

I participated in the 1988 CCF Fashion Show.

What was your favorite/most memorable part of participating in the Fashion Show?

I still remember the giant balloon arch made to look like a rainbow (when the show was Beyond the Rainbow) and getting to meet some of the Dallas Cowboys.

Have you had any other involvement with CCF over the years?

I participated in a few shows as an alum and then assisted in a volunteer capacity with various aspects of the Gala when I moved back to Dallas in 2010. Now, I'm honored to be part of CCF’s Board of Directors where I get to participate in various aspects of the organization and assist with certain legal matters – combining my profession with one of my passions is very rewarding.

What would your advice to future CCF models/artists be?

Enjoy every minute of it! Everyone is so excited to meet you and see you walk that runway or display your art, so don’t be nervous, just have fun with it and be yourself!
