Kyndall Frederick, 16
Kyndall is a fighter with a passion for helping others. After feeling extremely sick and running a high fever, she went to the ER on June 24, 2024 and just a few days later, she was officially diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma 3B. Treatment has been tough, bringing physical challenges like hair loss and leg pain that sometimes make it hard for her to stay active—but Kyndall has faced it all with resilience.
A soon-to-be certified phlebotomist, she works with the athletic trainer at her school and dreams of becoming a pediatric oncology nurse to help kids like her. She looks up to Dr. Watt and her mom, and finds joy in hot air balloons, working out, and creating. A true Star Wars fan, she also loves Dr. Pepper and spicy snacks.
Kyndall is excited for the Children’s Cancer Fund Fashion Show and Gala because she wants to be seen not as someone who is sick, but as someone who is strong.
