2022 Children’s Cancer Fund Annual Raffle: Rules & Regulations 

Odds of winning are based on the number of raffle ticket entries purchased. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM CST on January 5, 2022 and end at 9:00 PM CDT on April 22, 2022. The cost of one ticket is $50.00.  There are no limitations on number of tickets purchased by an individual. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Children’s Cancer Fund (“CCF”) and will not be returned. 

PRIZE:  $5000 in NorthPark Gold and one VIP Valet Pass for NorthPark Center (valued at $1,500). The prize may be used at participating NorthPark retailers, restaurants, spas, and theaters, but may not be converted to cash. 

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of April 22, 2022. Present and past employees of NorthPark Management Company and CCF, and immediate family members (including spouses and domestic partners) of past and present employees of NorthPark Management Company or CCF are ineligible. CCF is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, illegible or mutilated entries. Winner must show proof of a valid driver’s license in order to claim the prize. CCF reserves the right to revoke any prize or remove an entry if the entrant does not meet any or all of the eligibility requirements, or if the entry or winning ticket has been damaged or altered. 

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winning ticket will be drawn during the CCF Annual Gala program on Friday, April 22, 2022. Winner need not be present to win and will be notified by phone, mail and/or email. If potential winner cannot be reached after 30 days from the first notification attempt, or, if an entrant is found to be ineligible or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by random drawing. 

GENERAL: Ticket purchases are not tax deductible or refundable. By entering the raffle, participants agree that CCF, its representatives (including volunteers, beneficiaries, and sponsors) and NorthPark Management Company (including its affiliates and its and their owners, directors, officers, employees and agents) have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize   or by participation in the sweepstakes. Prize must be claimed within 30 days of CCF Annual Gala. The prize is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. CCF may use the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation. CCF is not responsible for any failure of the U.S. postal system, telephone communications, Internet and email communications, and/or CCF’s website. CCF reserves the right to modify these rules and will promptly announce any rule changes. All decisions of CCF are final and binding in all matters related to this raffle. 

TAX OBLIGATIONS: Prize recipient is responsible for all local, state and federal taxes, including federal income taxes with respect to the prize selected, and such taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. CCF will file an IRS Form 1099 MISC with the Internal Revenue Service reporting the value of the prize as income to the winner. Winner must show proof of social security number, and submit a completed Form W-9, to CCF. This is for tax recording purposes only, and will not be used or released for any other purposes.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: By participating in the CCF raffle, participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of CCF. The Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release and show proof of a valid driver’s license in order to claim the prize. 

HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter. 1) Go to ChildrensCancerFund.com, complete the online entry form, and pay the entry fee with your credit card. 2) Purchase a ticket directly from a CCF Board/Advisory Board Member or a Gala Committee Volunteer. 3) Mail a completed entry form to Children’s Cancer Fund, 4201 Spring Valley Road, Suite 370, Dallas, TX 75244, with your form of payment payable to Children’s Cancer Fund. If entering by mail, please follow the information below.
